Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.
1. General
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Most recurring subscription payments are non-refundable once the service has been used for the billing period.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be granted in cases of demonstrable service outage beyond our SLA, accidental duplicate charges, or billing errors verified by our team.
3. How to Request
Contact our billing team via the support portal or Discord within 30 days of the charge. Provide your account ID, invoice number, and reason for the request.
4. Non-Refundable Items
One-time fees for custom work, third-party licenses, and charges resulting from customer actions (e.g., abusive behavior leading to termination) are not refundable.
